At Lady Zoe, it is our pleasure to offer store credit or exchange, for purchases up to 7 days after receiving your order. All returned merchandise must be in brand new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Please keep in mind all “SALE” merchandise is FINAL sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Shipping costs are also non-refundable and are excluded from our refund policy. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If by rare chance you happen to receive a flawed order, please contact us immediately so that we can take care of the issue right away.
To return a recent order please follow the steps below:
1st: Email your return request to email@example.com.
Please remember to include your name, order number and the name of the item which you would like to return. Please know that some items, and brands, are nonrefundable.
2nd: Once your request has been accepted we will email you with our return mailing address.
Please make sure your return is postmarked within 7 business days after receiving our email. Packages mailed after the 7th business day will no longer be valid for a refund or exchange and will be mailed back to the sender.
3rd: Once we have received your return please allow up to 3 business days for the refund or exchange to be processed.
We cannot handle refunds or replacements that are a result of normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: dropping the jewelry, pulling on merchandise, losing the merchandise wet and, incorrect care of clothing.
